You become a member of the NGNaira Community by Registering an Account Free or Paid. You can Register a Free Account at https://www.ngnaira.com/account and Premium Account at https://www.ngnaira.com/pricing.


Why Should I Become a Member?

You must be a registered member of NGNaira to Download, Purchase and Access some Products and Contents. However, registration is totally optional if you only want to read news and comment on posts.


Am asked to verify my email to activate my account, what should I do?

This is one of our majors to fight spam. Therefore all members must verify their email to activate their account. By registering an account, a verification email is dispatched to your email address within 30mins.

NO. It’s strictly forbidden to have more than one account on NGNaira. If our system detects a multi-account, we will block both accounts and ban you from NGNaira. Read TOS.

What’s the difference between FREE and PREMIUM membership?

As a Free Member of NGNaira, you can only access content tagged as FREE. You will need to buy access to Premium Contents.

To ensure flexibility, security and transparency in payment across our website, we partner with PayPal, Paystack and Flutterwave (Rave) to process all payments. Therefore you can pay using your Credit Card, Debit/ATM Card or PayPal Account.

Note: PayPal is available for the US Dollars currency only while Paystack is for Naira only. FlutterWave can process both the US Dollar & Naira. Just select your preferred gateway on checkout.


How do I pay for a subscription?

You can Pay for your Premium subscription using your Credit Card, Debit/ATM Card via Paystack, Flutterwave or PayPal.

You will have to select your preferred payment gateway during checkout.


Which Currency will I be charged?

It depends. If you are outside Nigeria, you will be billed in US Dollars by default. If you are in Nigeria, your default currency will be Nigerian Naira and all payment will be processed in Naira unless you change your currency.


How do I pay with my Credit Card, Debit/ATM Card?

It’s simple. Just goto the Premium Plan page at https://www.ngnaira.com/pricing

  • Select a plan e.g Premium Monthly
  • Click the Sign Up Now button, you will be redirected to the Checkout page.
  • If you already have an account, click the login link and sign in to your account
  • If you a new member, fill the registration form correctly
  • Then select your preferred payment gateway i.e Paystack, Rave (Flutterwave) or PayPal,
  • Then click on the Signup Now button, you will be redirected to the Payment Page.
  • On the payment page, click the Pay Now button to open the payment window.
  • On the first field, enter your Card Number which is the long numbers on your Card.
  • Next, enter your Card Expiry date in the Valid Till/Expiry Date field.
  • Next, enter the CVV number, this is the last 3 digits on the back of your Card.
  • Next, click the Pay button and enter your Card Pin if required.
  • Depending on your Bank or Card insurer, you will need to confirm the transaction by OTP.
  • After completing your payment, you will be redirected back to the Thank page which means your Premium Account has been automatically activated are ready for use.

My Country Doesn’t Support PayPal, Any Alternative?

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes. All premium subscriptions are recurring until you cancel it. This will let you enjoy Premium membership without interruption.


Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Of course. You are never locked into anything. You can cancel your subscription by logging into the account area and visiting the subscriptions link. If you run into any problems, let us know, and we will be happy to help you cancel your subscription.


How do I cancel my subscription?

If at any time you wish to cancel your membership subscription, simply go to your account page https://www.ngnaira.com/account, click My Subscription => click VIEW next to your Active subscription column => then click the Cancel button and your subscription and any related billing will be cancelled immediately.
You can as well contact us to cancel it for you. Just create a support ticket.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You will be downgraded to a FREE member and lose access to Premium Contents.


Can I keep the products I downloaded after my subscription ends?

Of course. you are free to keep them if you want. Please be aware that you will need an active subscription with us if you want to access any future updates other you can buy individually.


How Do I Download Products If I Subscribe to Premium Plan?

As a premium member, all products are available for free. The Download Button will replace the Add to Cart button. Therefore, you can download on the product page without checking out.


Do I Need to Have to Subscribe to Purchase Products?

No. You can purchase any product of your choice individually without membership subscription.


Do you offer a Refund?

Sorry No. All our resources are digital and non-tangible products, therefore it’s impossible to return after purchase. It is one of the few tools we have to combat internet fraud. If you can’t find the download link on the Thank you page, go to your My Downloads under your account session to get the download link. If your download link still not available, please create a support ticket to inform us immediately.

How Do I Download Products If I Subscribe to Premium Plan?

As a premium member, all products are available for free. The Download Button will replace the Add to Cart button. Therefore, you can download on the product page without checking out.


Is there Download Limit for Premium Membership?

Yes. We have a fair use download policy. Therefore you can download a certain amount of products per day depending on your Premium Plan.

If you subscribe to Premium Monthly plan, you can download only 5 products per day. Premium 3 Months and 6 Months Plan can download 10 products per day. Annual Plan can download 15 products per day.

Note that download limit is not applied to products purchased individually.


How to add a product to your wishlist

You can add any product to your wishlist by clicking on the “Add to Wishlist” button on the product page. Your Wish list is displayed on the account page. To check or remove a product from the wishlist, go to https://www.ngnaira.com/account/wishlist/  and click the “X” button to remove.

What is GPL?

GPL is the abbreviated version of “General Public License.” WordPress is open-source software released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). It was created by forking another GPL-licensed project; almost all the plugin, theme, add-on, and extension developers follow GPL. At NGNaira, we provide files that are fully licensed under the GNU GPL, just like WordPress and other CMS.


Are the products and downloads legal?

Yes, All themes, plugins, add-ons, WooCommerce extensions etc. that are distributed by our repository are 100% open-source with the GNU GPL.


Do you offer technical support for themes, plugins, and other GPL Products?

Am sorry No. We do not offer any type of support for Themes, Plugins, PHP Script, Template etc. If you require technical assistance for these tools, then we suggest that you purchase a license from the original developer or vendor.

You can download free updates for purchased products within one month from the date of purchase. After this period, the access will be closed. As a Premium Subscriber, you can download updates for free as long as you have an active subscription.

How long does it take to get an updated version of the product?

How do I upgrade a theme?

First, install and activate this plugin – Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades, then follow the below steps:

  • Download the latest zip file for your theme.
  • Log into your WordPress site.
  • Go to Appearance > Themes.
  • Click the “Add New” button at the top of the page.
  • Click the “Upload Theme” button at the top of the page.
  • Select the zip file with the new theme version to install.
  • Click the “Install Now” button.

How to fix “style.css missing” error while uploading themes?

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This is because the theme download package on ThemeForest includes additional files to the theme such as the documentation, license etc.

To solve this simply unzip the theme package you downloaded from GPLPlus and upload the themename.zip file which is included (with the file being the name of the theme).


What does NULLED or Pre-Activated mean in the product page or title?

NULLED or Pre-Activated means “Already activated with license key”. The original versions of some products do not work without activating the license key. In order for the product to work fully without activation, it is necessary to make minor changes to the part of the PHP/js code to bypass the license protection. The product in which such changes are made is called NULLED.


There’s a message on the product page: This Product Requires Nulling to Work – See Activation Information below. What does this mean?

The message means the product will not function properly without a license key, therefore we provided instruction for you to bypass the obstruction. There could be such boundaries with RR products such as reselling the product at a certain price. In most cases, when you sell a resell rights product you the original license, usually stating that “personal use” only of the next customer.

Personal Use Rights (PR)
Personal Use licenses can only be used for personal affairs, such as reading, sharing (only if stated), teaching. Products with PR cannot in any way be resold or changed as this license restricts such acts. With personal use licenses, you may make an unlimited amount of backup copies. In most cases, unless stated within the license itself or within the product, it cannot be distributed.

Where can I find my Token Balance?

Your Token balance is available on your account page at https://www.ngnaira.com/account/tokens


Understanding your Token Balance, how is the balance stat presented?

Tokens Earned are presented as a positive number e.g. 1000 tk. (means you earn 1000 tk.)

Tokens Spent are presented with minus signs e.g. -2000 tk. (means you spent 2000 tk.)

Pay attention to the following:

On your Token Balance page, the stats are presented by adding and subtracting your earnings and spendings, the outcome of the calculation is what is presented in your ‘Today‘ and ‘This Month‘ stats. E.g (1000 tk. + -500 tk. = 500 tk. your stats will show 500 tk.) Another E.g. (-2000 tk. + 300 tk. = -1700 tk. your stats will show -1800 tk. ).

If you spend -1000 tk. and later earn 200 tk. your balance will be presented as -800 tk., if you earn an extra 600 tk. you will see -200 tk., if you again earn an extra 500 tk., your balance will show 300 tk.

To know the actual amount of tokens you have in your account, always check the Total Balance stats on the token page.


Can I buy tokens?

No. We don’t sell tokens. You only earn them for free.


Can I Withdraw Tokens?

No. Tokens are usable only to purchase on NGNaira and can’t be withdrawn or converted to any form of currency.


Can I Transfer or Share Tokens?

No. You cannot Transfer or Share your Tokens with anyone in or outside NGNaira. Instead, you can purchase a product for your friend using your account.


Does Token Expire?

No. Your Tokens remain in your account until you spend them.


Can I buy a premium subscription plan with the tokens?

No. It’s not allowed. Tokens are not supported as a payment option for Premium Subscription.


Does my Premium membership affect my tokens?

It doesn’t. You can accumulate Tokens as a premium member and still enjoy Unlimited Access to Products and Content for Free.


Can I use the token as a premium member?

You will be able to spend your tokens only when your subscription is inactive which is an extra benefit for you as a Premium Member.


Do I earn tokens as a Premium Member?
